Well my little office friend isn't so alone after all. As it turns out he/she does have a mate. Having my office window open today at work I heard a few chirp, chirps and low and behold there was another Killdeer. I was so happy to see them chasing each other with their hurried little sprints across the grass. Not sure you can tell but I am somewhat of a nature lover:). It makes me smile inside!
