Peace

Happy weekend everyone,

Today I have a card to share that I made for the current Kraft challenge at http://www.simonsaysstampblog.com/wednesdaychallenge/
The theme is to use Kraft and showcasing Hero Arts products.
Here's my card:

First I stamped each of the trees individually using 3 different embossing powders. I decided that there needed to be some dimension so I embossed a second silver tree and popped it up with foam dots.
Gold embossed the sentiment and added some hemp cord and a few gems.

Thanks for stopping by,

Judy

Be happy!

Hi there,

Today I have a card to share for the current Colour Coordinates challenge at http://www.simonsaysstampblog.com/wednesdaychallenge/
It is such a dreary, rainy Fall day here that I thought this card would brighten up the day.

I used a new stencil that I recently purchased from SSS to which I added some Distress inks and Hero Arts Shadow inks.
I then cut the panel and mounted in 2 sections with foam tape but left a section open where I could add my sentiment.
I die cut the sentiment in black and white and mounted it so the white was at the background of the die.
The Happy was stamped in grey to go along with the colour coordination to be used.
Added some enamel accents in mauve, green and orange.
Thanks for stopping by to bave a look!

Judy

Supplies used:

Simon Says Stamp Swirls and Dots stencil
SSS Be die and Happy sentiment
Distress inks - Ripe Persimmon, Shaded Likac
Hero Arts Shadow inks - Green Hills, Soft Granite
Freckled Fawn enamel dots

Added the sentiment, twine and a small crystal at the base of the leaves.

Miss you

Happy Sunday everyone,

I have a card that I am sharing with you using a new stencil that is being used for the first time.
Here's the card that I created with it.

The stencil is from a company in France called Kesi'art. When I purchased it I really wasn't too sure what I would do with it but I knew I liked it a lot.

After I attached the stencil to my cardstock I first began to add the blue area for the sky. I realized it needed more so I added some yellow for the windows.

It looked too plain cut on a straight edge so I decided to add a few curves, some accent paper, clouds, sequins and a little heart.

Thanks for stopping by,

Judy
