Bicycle ride

Hi everyone,

I have a card to share that I created using the Lawn Fawn Bicycle Built For You stamp and die set.
Such a sweet set!

I started by creating my background using the Hillside border die masking each section and blending the two colours.
Ran this through my die cut machine using a Stitched Rectangle Scallop frame die.
Stamped all the other elements to the card on tan cardstock and coloured using Prismacolor Premier pencils. The bicyle was embossed with white embossing powder.

Popped the background up with some foam tape and add all the other pieces using foam tape too.
Stamped the sentiment and mounted the whole card on a background of patterned paper.
Added glossy accents to the balloons.

Well that's it for my card and thanks for stopping by.

happy birthday!

Hi everyone,

Hope you are having a good week so far.

Today's card is for the current 'Anything Goes' challenge at A Blog Named Hero  here

I used a large Hero Arts background stamp and embossed with white embossing powder.
Then I started added colour to the background using my Zig watercolour pens.

Die cut the piece using a stitched scalloped rectangle die. Popped this onto a black panel embossed using a dot embossing folder.

Stamped the sentiment and white heat embossed. Used an oval die to cut out the sentiment.
Added some twine and clear sequins and that's it for this card.

Easter goodie bags

Hi everyone,

Well Easter weekend is here and I just had to make some goodie bags using the Lawn Fawn goodie bag die. I just love, love, love this die. Also entering this in the SSS Wednesday challenge Spring Color Inspiration here

I started by die cutting the bags using white cardstock.  I then cut a separate panel for each bag front.
Die cut and coloured the bunnies and all the little eggs. Some were coloured and some were die cut from various patterned papers.
Added die cut grass to the bottom portion along with a strip of glitter tape. Arranged the bunnies and eggs and added a die cut bow to each bag.

Filled the bag with some decorative yellow tissue (which you can't see) and then topped the bag up with foil covered little eggs.

Well that's it for this project and enjoy your weekend!

Supplies:

Smile

Hi everyone,

Hope you are enjoying your weekend so far. I've managed to escape to my craft room while my husband is upstairs sanding the kitchen walls in prep for our new kitchen. We agreed to do some of the work ourselves including completely gutting the whole kitchen. This is a good place to be today :)

I have a card to share using the Beautiful Day flowers set from Altenew.

I stamped one flower on watercolour paper first then embossed it with gold embossing powder and then masked that flower and did the same for the other 2 flowers masking and embossing in between stamping the flowers. I used my Zigs to watercolour the flowers. When that was done I die cut the whole panel using a stitched die.

I thought I would just stamp my sentiment and leave it like that but I decided to use the Smile word die to die cut through the flowers and layer the word die in 4 or 5 layers so that it would pop out of the background.

Stamped the Altenew sentiment, added some sequins and that's it for my card.

Thanks for stopping by,

Welcome little one!

Hi everyone,

Well it's a dreary day here and pouring absolute buckets of rain. Good to wash all the rest of the snow away :) Did my Zumba class this morning and now it's time to play in my craft room.

I have a card to share for the current SSSflickrchallenge#68 to create 'Something New' here

Mine is a shaker card I created to welcome a new baby.

Blended a circle background first and then used various circle dies and some SSS stamps and dies to make my shaker.
Embossed the base of the card using a stitched rectangle filled the shaker with sequins and added some twine to finish the card.
