I made this card yesterday for my neighbour who is French speaking.
My Simon Says Stamp falling snow stencil arrived on Monday so I just had to put it to use right away with some white embossing paste.
Masked the oval centre, stamped the Penny Black Xmas tree with pearl white embossing powder and applied some various distress inks.
Added some Lagoon stickles to resemble tiny ornaments, twine and sentiment.

Fun stamp
Hi everyone,
I was cleaning (organizing again) in my craft room this morning and came across this fun stamp. I remember that when I bought it the store owner and I had a good laugh. It makes me smile! I decided to hang it up where I can see it every time I'm in my craft room.
I don't know how many times my dear husband has said that I have a little glitter here or there. I look at it as a sign of my creativity!
Anyways I hope you enjoy it too!

Merriest wishes
Hi everyone,
It's been a while since my last post what with baking, cooking and spending Sunday shoveling out from 30 cms of snow. I must admit though it does look pretty! No doubt about having a white Christmas.
So I thought I would take a break and get into my room to create. Well I decided to try out the Country Landscape die from Memory Box. I love this die!
I coloured the trees with green marker and then added glossy accents on top but unfortunately the trees seem to look black instead of dark green. Oh well!!
I added some chunky glitter on the roof tops and for the snow border.
Popped it all up against a turquoise background which I added some stars with Versamark ink. It's already off in the mail to my co-worker.
Thanks for stopping by to have a look!

Noel tag
Just popped in to share a tag that I had created for last week's Wednesday challenge at Simon Says Stamp.
The theme is Anything Goes and if you have Tim Holtz products, the better!
Here I used all Tim Holtz products to create the background of my tag.
I first applied the snowman mask to my tag then applied different Distress inks on my craft sheet, spritzed with some water and tapped the tag onto the mix of inks. This is my favorite technique! When that was dry I added a snowflake mask and used my dauber to add some Iced Spruce ink around that.
I decided the background was too plain so decided to add a few white drops of paint for some snow. Still too plain I then decided to add some Distress crackle paint to the whole tag which gave it a nice wet look, kinda icy finish.
Took some wooden snowflakes and added some Vintage photo to those to darken them up a little.
The Noël is a chipboard piece which I added gold Stickles to.
Added some wide, shiny gold ribbon and a little black rhinestone for the snowman's eye. Also rubbed some gold metallic around the edgesl.
I probably didn't apply all the inks and such to the tag in quite the order that they should have been but I was quite pleased with the results.
Hope you like it too and thanks for stopping!

Merry Christmas snowflake
Hi everyone,
Today I have a card created using the Impression Obsession's large snowflake die (DIE093-X). This is actually a 3-1 snowflake that when cut out produces 3 very beautiful snowflakes. So versatile.
I resurrected my brayer (remember that tool) to create the blue background using the Kaleidacolor Blue Breezes ink pad. Then die cut another snowflake from silver glitter c/s to create the centre.
Sentiment is from Hero Arts to which I added some glitter to the word Merry for some extra shine.
Thanks for stopping by!
