Have a magical day

 Hi everyone,

Today I have my second card to share created using Lawn Fawn’s Build a Castle die set. I call this one the masculine version of my first one which was in shades of pink.

I started by creating my castle first. I used a brick stencil to create the main castle pieces and some dark blue card stock to die cut all the other pieces. The small accent pieces were die cut from silver glitter card stock except for the flag poles which were cut from dark brown card stock.

I stamped all the little images and coloured them with my Copics and added some Stickles glitter accents.

I set all the components to my castle aside and went on to creating my background using a cloud stencil and Distress Oxide inks. I added a few flicks of water to my background and adhered it to my card base.

I die cut the tree hillside with some green card stock and added that to my base. The sentiment was stamped with glitter embossing powder and heat set.

I adhered foam tape to the castle and figures and also added a small strip of washi tape along the bottom front edge of my card.

Well that’s it for this card and thanks so much for stopping by 🙏🏻

Hi sweetie

 Hi everyone,

Today I have a card to share using 2 different stamp sets from Sunny Studio Stamps and a large die from PinkFresh Studios.

First, I spent ages stamping all the fruits and fussy cutting them as I didn't have the matching dies. I have a lot of fruit leftover for any project or two down the road.

I set those aside and went onto creating my background by blending 3 different colours of Distress Oxide inks and adding little flicks of water to my panel.

I adhered the panel to my card base. I die cut the Diamonds panel die 3 times with 110 lb. Neenah cardstock and glued them all together.

The panel was popped up with some foam tape and foam tape was also added to each of the pieces of fruit and arranged accordingly.

I stamped the sentiment onto a piece of white cardstock and added it to my panel curving it a little as to give it a bit of dimension.

I added some glossy accents to the strawberry in the middle and that finishes off my card.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Supplies:

Sunny Studio Stamps Berry Bliss and Slice of Summer stamp sets
Pinkfresh Studio Simply Diamonds die
Distress Oxide inks - Spun Sugar, Fossilized Amber, Spiced Marmalade
Glossy accents

You are spooktacular

Hi everyone,

Well it's quite dreary here today, very overcast and a little drizzle.
I thought I would hop on here and share one of my latest cards. I love Halloween cards.

This was a rather quick card to make. I started by creating my background with only one colour of Alcohol ink - Wild Plum which is a perfect Halloween purple colour.

I blended the ink on a piece of Yupo paper and when I was happy with my blend I left it alone to dry.

I die cut the scene from a piece of black cardstock and stamped the sentiment in black ink.

I adhered foam tape to the panel, the scene and my sentiment and added them to my card base.

Well that's it for my card and thanks so much for stopping by.

Supplies:

Alcohol ink - Wild Plum
Impression Obsession die
Lawn Fawn Tiny Halloween stamp set

Pink princess

 Hi everyone,

Today's card is 1 of 2 that I have made using Lawn Fawn's Build-A-Castle die set. It will be going to my sweet little granddaughter in Hawaii.

I first started by stamping, colouring and diecutting all the pieces. I used a Brick stencil to create the pattern for the castle walls.

I then moved onto creating the background on my card base using different colours of pinks and red inks.

The pink panel was die cut using a tree border die and the sentiment was stamped onto it and heat set with silver glitter embossing powder.

I added water splatters to my background and then started to assemble my scene with some of the pieces taped flat and others popped up with foam tape.

I must admit I had so much fun making this card that I have made another one which is more masculine.

Well that's it for my card and thanks so much for stopping by.

Sprinkled with happiness

Hi everyone,

Today I have a card to share using some recently new Lawn Fawn products.

I started by creating my background using the cloud stamps from the set and stamped them with Hero Arts Pool shadow ink directly onto my card base and then added some Stickles around the top edges of the clouds.

I stamped the cute little unicorns with Gina K Amalgam black ink and coloured them with Copics.

The unicorns were adhered with foam tape. The sentiment is from Paper Roses.

I added some sequins and that completes my cards.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Have a fabulous day

 Hi everyone,

Today I have a card to share using Hero Arts Layering Hibiscus stamp set.

I started by creating my background using the Puffy Cloud borders dies from Lawn Fawn. I didn't have the stencils so I created my own by using the dies. I used them to ink blend several different colours of Distress inks onto a stitched die cut panel.

Once I had my background done I stamped the flowers in different shades of yellow and orange. The leaves were stamped with 2 different colours of green ink.

I attached the panel to my card base and then added the flowers and leaves laying some flat and adhering some with foam tape.

The sentiment is from Paper Roses sentiment pack set. I adhered a few crystals to the background and some Stickles to the centre of each flower.

Well that completes my card and thanks so much for stopping by.
