Hello friend

 Hi everyone,

Today I have a card to share using a new to me stencil from Paper Rose which makes for a quick and easy card.

I started by taping my stencil to a piece of Neenah white card stock. I used a Taylored Expressions blending brush to apply Twisted Citron distress ink heavy at the top and then a lighter pressure towards the bottom of my panel.

When I was finished my blending I applied some Gina K white glitz glitter gel to just a little section at the bottom centre of my panel.

I die cut the Simon Says Stamp hello die in both white and black card stock and adhered the two pieces together slight offsetting the black piece at the back to create a bit of a shadow effect.

The other sentiment was stamped with Versamark ink on to a piece of black card stock and embossed with white embossing powder.

I adhered the panel to my card with foam tape and that is it for my card today.

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day 🙏🏻

Fun Halloween cards and a Reveal Wheel card

 Hi everyone,

I have a few of the fun Halloween cards that I have been working on lately to share with you today. These Lawn Fawn products are so much fun to play with and the possibilities are endless.

I am entering all of these cards into the current Lawn Fawn Halloween/fall challenge#86. Details can be found on their blog here

Also entering these in the current Simon Says Stamp Monday Spooky challenge which can be found here

For my first card I started by creating my background by ink blending a couple of different colours of Distress inks.
When I was finished with my blended background I went on to creating my spooky house using Lawn Fawn products.
I used a Lawn Fawn grassy hillside stencil to add behind the house.

For the card below I started by creating my background with Distress inks in different colours.
When I was finished blending I added some splatters of white, black and gold paint colours.
I ran the panel through my die cut machine to add the wonky border to my panel.
All the images were stamped with black ink and coloured with Copics.
I added the images to my panel with foam tape and adhered the die cut sentiment.

For my 3rd and final card I used the reveal wheel to create a fun interactive card.
I started by blending my background panel with Distress inks. I then went on to die cutting all the pieces I needed to create my Halloween house. I stamped and Copic coloured all the other accents to my card.
The sentiment was stamped onto a piece of black card stock and white heat embossed and foam mounted to the bottom the card

Well that's it for my 3 cards and thanks so much for stopping by.

 Hi everyone,

Today I have a card to share using the Little Boo Agenda stamp set from Mama Elephant.

I stamped all the cute little ghost images and coloured them using Copics. I set those aside and went on to blending my background with Distress inks. Once I was finished I stamped the Lawn Fawn sentiment and embossed with clear embossing powder.
I adhered my blended background panel onto my card base which I had added a striped panel to from Honey Bee.
I die cut a cover up window panel from black card stock and adhered that to my card.

All the the ghosts were added with foam tape and I also added some Stickles and Nuvo Aqua shimmer pen for a little accent.

Well that’s it for my card and thanks so much for stopping by 🙏🏻

I adhered the stencilled panel to my card and the large word die to the centre of my panel. I added some confetti pieces from Simon Says Stamp Hawaiian Sunset blend.

Happy Fall

 Hi everyone,

Well it certainly feels like Fall. I just spent a few hours outside in the cool crisp air preparing the gardens for the winter ahead. I do love this time of year but generally don’t look forward to what is on the other side of Fall.

Anyways my card is perfect for this day and also for a Latte or hot chocolate 😋

I created a bunch of watercoloured leaves and some plain die cut ones from different colours of card stock.

I set those aside and created my mugs. I stamped them with black ink and coloured them with Copics. I didn’t have the matching dies so I had to fussy cut them.

The sentiment was stamped and heat embossed with gold embossing powder. I also added a little of the powder around the edges of the sentiment strip using my Versamark marker and heat set.

I adhered a textured cream coloured piece of card stock to my card base. I added a piece of striped paper along the centre of my card and then added all my leaves . The mugs and sentiment were added to my card  with foam tape.

Well that’s it for my card which I will be entering in Lawn Fawn’s current challenge as below and also SImon Says Stamp current IG challenge.

Thanks for stopping by 🙏🏻

BOO

 Hi everyone,

Today I have a quick and fun Halloween card to share for World Cardmaking Day.

I started by using a stencil mask from Taylored Expressions lining it up to where I wanted to do my ink blending.

I used 2 different distress inks to do my blending working my way from the outside with the darker colour and then the lighter ink towards the middle.

The alphabet letters were die cut from black cardstock to which I adhered a little foil to the bottom edges and ran the letters through my laminator. I also die cut the letters a second time using white card stock so that I could make a little shadow behind them and adhered them to my panel.

While the mask was still in place I added some black ink splatters.

The letters were added to the panel with foam tape and I also foam mounted a tiny die cut bat to the panel.

Well that’s it for my quick card and thanks so much for stopping by.

Supplies:
Lawn Fawn Oliver’s Stitched ABCs die set
Taylored Expressions Rectangle Masking stencil set
Thermoweb Rainbow Shattered Glass foil
Distress inks - Blueprint Sketch, Wilted Violet
