I think you’re wonderful

 Hi everyone,

Well Christmas is behind us and we find ourselves back into a 3 week lockdown again with only stores deemed essential to be open. More time for crafting for me not that I spend anytime in stores. All the Christmas gifts were purchased online this year and so are my groceries.

I do have a fun and easy card to share using a Concord & 9th Turnabout stamp set.

I started by stamping the berries using 4 different colours of pink/red Altenew mini ink cubes from lightest ink to the darkest rotating the card at each turn. Then I went on to stamping the holly leaves starting with the lightest green colour first and ending by the darkest green ink last.

When all the stamping was done I stamped the sentiment from the set and stamped in the middle of my card with black ink.

Well that’s it for my card and thanks so much for stopping by 🙏🏻

Retro Christmas ornaments

 Hi everyone,

Although I am not much in the Christmas spirit I do find myself still making Christmas cards. The new Retro Ornament stamp and die set from Sunny Studio Stamps is awesome.

First I started by stamping my background with a bough branch and Distress ink. I went on to stamping the ornaments with gold ink and red ink.

My stamped panel was die cut using a slimline stitched rectangle die. I didn’t want to add a layer of red card stock to the card base so I inked up the edges of the card with the same red ink as the ornaments. I added some Nuvo glitter on top of the ink to add a little sparkle.

I added some gold thread to each of the ornaments and adhered the threads to the back of the panel. I added a little foam square to each ornament and adhered them to my card.

I die cut little red bows from glitter card stock and added one to each ornament.

The sentiment was stamped with black ink ad die cut with a Zig Zag rectangle die.

I inked the edges of the sentiment piece with the same gold ink in the ornaments and added to my card with foam tape.

Well that’s it for my card and thanks so much for stopping by 🙏🏻

Gingerbread & Christmas Houses

 Hi everyone,

I guess it’s been a while since I have posted here but I do have a Gingerbread house and a Christmas house to share with you using some Lawn Fawn products.

I used the new paper collection from Lawn Fawn called Let it Shine for the card bases.
The Christmas house background was embossed with a snowflake embossing folder.
I used glitter card stock for a lot of the house pieces and added some sparkle and glitter wherever I could for some nice accents.

They were a lot of fun to make and seemed to take me a lot of time to assemble.

Anyways that being said I think they turned out very nice. I’m pretty happy with the results.

Well that’s it for these 2 cards and thanks so much for stopping by 🙏🏻

Snowy Merry Christmas

 Hi everyone,

Today I have a card to share using Lawn Fawn products and some patterned snowflake paper.

I started by die cutting a large panel using a slimline stitched die and some patterned paper.
I die cut the large letters 3 times from some white card stock and glued each letter together.
The Christmas sentiment was die cut twice from white card stock and glued together.
The tree border was die cut from some white glittery card stock.
I also die cut 3 different size snowflakes from the white glitter card stock.
The tree border was foam mounted to my card base and all the other elements were added with glue.

Well that’s it for my card with lots of die cutting.

Thanks so much for stopping by 🙏🏻

Joy

 Hi everyone,

Today I have a card to share using an old Hero Arts wood block Christmas tree stamp that I have.

I started by stamping the image with green ink and heat embossing with clear embossing powder.
I used a stitched rectangle die to cut my panel.

The letters were die cut from some striped paper.

I layered my stamped panel onto a piece of patterned cardstock and foam mounted the letters at the bottom.

I added a little silver star embellishment to the top of the tree and that completes my card.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
