The best is yet to come shaker

 Hi everyone,

I have a fun shaker card to share today using Waffleflower products. I created this for the current challenge over at Waffle Flower where the theme is rainbow. Details can be found on their blog Here

I started by creating a rainbow background directly on my card base. I then die cut the large panel from white card stock and adhered that directly to my rainbow card. I was going to leave it like that but decided instead to create a shaker card. I haven’t made a shaker card in quite a while so I went for it.

The top panel was cut from a rectangle set of dies and added to the top which was perfect for matching the card base stitching.

Well that’s it for my card and thanks so much for stopping by 🙏🏻

Teacher themed appreciation cards

 Hi everyone,

Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying some sunshine and beautiful weather.🌞🏝

I have a bunch of teacher themed cards that I made using Sunny Studio stamps and dies and a couple of other companies.

I had so much fun making these which I must say were quite a bit of work as they are multi layer stamp sets.

I used multiple colours of ink pads and and a few different companies.
Jennifer McGuire has a great video explaining how to speed up the process of stamping multiples and how to successfully line everything up. It certainly helped me a lot ❤️

I hope you have enjoyed seeing these cards and thanks so much for stopping by🙏🏻

Hawaii is my travel destination

Hi everyone,

Well the nice warm weather is here in Montreal and even hotter in Hawaii (so my daughter tells me).
I have a card to share for the current Lawn Fawnatics challenge #101 where the theme is Travel destination /favorite place.
We were supposed to be in Hawaii in November 2020 but now looking forward to maybe Xmas 2021 🥰

I did a lot of die cutting on this card but it was really fun to make.
I started by stamping and Copic colouring my cute bunny and scooter. The water and the cloud background were ink blended with Distress ink and I used several different dies from Lawn Fawn to create my scene.

After all elements were added to my card I finished it off by adding a little bit of sand (yes I actually have a bag of craft sand) to the edge of the road and to the Kraft card stock piece.

Well that’s it for my card and thanks so much for stopping by.
