Tiny tag embellishments

 Hi everyone,

Today I have a little project to share using a stamp set, StazOn black ink, shrink plastic and alcohol inks to create tiny tag embellishments.

Below is the stamp set I used to create them.

I stamped each word on to a piece of shrink plastic using the black StazOn ink.

I then trimmed down each word and used a punch to add a small hole at the top of each tag before heating them. The word will curl up when heating but don’t be alarmed as it will flatten out if you continue to heat just a little bit longer.

When it was cooled I added a tiny bit of alcohol ink to the back side of each shrunken piece being careful not to let it drip onto the front side of the tag. If the alcohol ink drips onto the front of the word it will start to erase the inked word.

Below are the colours of Alcohol inks that I used.

To give you an idea of the finished sizes the word Christmas measures 1.25” and the word
Hope is 3/4” when shrunken down.
You can see from the first photo the size of each stamp and then the finished sizes.

Well that’s it for my tiny tag embellishments.

Hope you liked them and thanks so much for stopping by 🙏🏻
