Teacher thank you

 Hi everyone,

I made this card using the new Sunny Studio stamps and dies. After a year like this past year teachers have been there every step of the way helping the kids during this trying time. Hats off to them ❤️

I stamped all the crayons first using several different ink colours and because there are so many layers my Misti certainly came in handy.

The background of the card was created with a stars embossing folder from DoCrafts to which I layered a piece of patterned paper behind it.

I stamped the teacher sentiment with the same inks used on the crayons and the other 2 sentiments were stamped on black card stock and embossed with white embossing powder.

The crayons were popped up with foam tape and sequins were added to give a little accent.

It was a bit of a time consuming card to make as I made a whole lot of the crayons at once but I think the effect is striking 🥰

 Hi everyone,

Today I have a card to share using all Pinkfresh Studio products.

 

I started by creating my stencilled background using 2 colours of Distress oxide inks. The darker colour for all the card except the middle which was blended with a lighter colour of ink.

The base of my card was done with a slimline die using a dry embossing technique and a slimline die.

The ink blended panel was die cut with  die from the same slimline die set. I took a piece of card stock and blended the Blueprint Sketch oxide ink over it and die cut the 2 words and then embossed with clear embossing powder.

The word shadow dies were cut from a piece of Holographic card stock and the other two words were glued on top.

Big hugs

Hi everyone,

Well it’s a beautiful sunny day here and I have a fun colourful card to share with you using some new Lawn Fawn products.

I started by creating my stencilled background directly on my card using both the stencils and 7 different colours of Distress oxide inks.

When I was happy with my stencilling I used the same ink colours to blend onto a piece of white card stock and used the Sending Big Hugs die to cut it out.

I also coloured the hugging mice with Copics and added foam tape to pop up both the sentiment and the little mice with foam tape.

I added some rainbow crystals and that’s it for my card.

Hi everyone,

I have a watercoloured card to share today using a large background stamp which was heat embossed with white embossing powder.

I stamped a piece of watercolour card stock with my image. I then started to add some watercolours in yellow and green.

 

 I cut a die cut sentiment directly through my finished panel. I layered several pieces of the sentiment together that were all cut from white cardstock.

The other sentiment was stamped on a strip of black card stock and embossed with white embossing powder.

I added the panel directly to my card base, glued in the die cut word and added the stamped sentiment with foam tape.

Happy Mother’s Day

 Hi everyone,

I would like to wish a very Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful moms my daughter included who is a super mom to my sweet 2 year old granddaughter.  This past year has been especially trying for a lot of moms but we seem to have survived and are probably stronger than we even know. We will all be together again soon with family and friends ❤️

With that I have a card to celebrate the day.

I used a new Altenew 3D embossing folder with a piece of pale purple card stock for my card. This folder gives a nice deep embossed image which makes it easy to add some ink details.

I used Distress inks in Wilted Violet, Twisted Citron and Mustard Seed and added lightly over the flowers.

I then used Tim Holtz sanding block to add a little detail to the edges of the flowers.

The sentiment was stamped in black ink and the die cut was cut from a piece of purple e card stock. Both were added with foam tape.
